Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Preventive Maintenance. Maximum Performance.

Unlike a warranty, the Court Vision Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an ongoing preventive maintenance and technical support program designed to keep every Court Vision installation operating at peak performance.

Rather than waiting for problems to occur, the SLA focuses on preventing issues through scheduled maintenance, inspections, software improvements, and system optimization.

Our objective is to maximize reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of every Court Vision installation.

What's Included

Quarterly preventive maintenance
Quarterly software & firmware updates
Complete hardware inspection
Sensor calibration & performance verification
System health checks
Remote diagnostics
Priority technical support
Laser alignment inspection
LED system inspection
Cable & connector inspection
Preventive servicing
Performance optimization

Why an SLA?

Regular preventive maintenance significantly improves the long-term reliability and accuracy of the Court Vision system.

Through scheduled inspections, calibration, firmware improvements, and software updates, our engineers ensure that every installation continues operating according to Court Vision's performance standards while minimizing unexpected failures.

Important Notice

An active Court Vision Service Level Agreement (SLA) is required for all installed Court Vision systems to maintain warranty eligibility and ensure the system continues operating according to Court Vision standards.

Insurance Protection

Coming Soon

Court Vision is currently developing an optional Insurance Protection Program. As our global installation network continues to grow, we intend to introduce insurance coverage through approved insurance partners, providing additional protection against eligible accidental damage and other covered incidents.

Until then, every Court Vision installation is protected through its selected Warranty Plan together with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring continuous support, preventive maintenance, and long-term system reliability.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my warranty begin?

Warranty coverage begins on the official installation date of the Court Vision system.

What is covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting Court Vision hardware and software under normal operating conditions.

What is the difference between the Warranty and the SLA?

The Warranty protects against manufacturing defects. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an ongoing maintenance and support program that provides preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, software updates, firmware updates, and technical assistance to keep the system operating at peak performance.

Is the SLA mandatory?

Yes. Every installed Court Vision system must maintain an active Service Level Agreement (SLA) to remain eligible for warranty coverage and to ensure the system continues operating according to Court Vision standards.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes. Customers may upgrade to the Extended Warranty to receive long-term manufacturing defect coverage.

Is accidental damage covered?

Accidental damage is not covered under the standard warranty plans. Court Vision is currently developing an optional Insurance Protection Program that will be introduced in the future.
