Court Vision grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our line-calling technology and associated software solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
All technology, software, hardware designs, and content associated with Court Vision are the exclusive intellectual property of Court Vision. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Court Vision systems are covered under the warranty terms described in our Protection Plans. Court Vision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Court Vision reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
